Omen of the Liege-forces the new modifier to appear as a prefix.

Omen of Sinistral Necromancy-guarantees the modifier is an Amanamu (chaos-based) mod.

Step 5:Fill Out the Mods

Use Exalted Orbs to add random affixes until you have six total (three prefixes, three suffixes). Try to lock in your main prefixes first before expanding the rest.
